AI animation generator
Describe a scene without drawing skills or animation software, and let the AI turn it into a moving video in 3D animation, anime, claymation or watercolor style. The 10 prompts below open the studio with the style preset already set.
10 ready-to-use prompts · Start with 20 welcome credits
Animation used to mean frame-by-frame drawing, modeling and hours of rendering. AI video engines shrink that to writing a recipe: you describe the character, the scene and the style, and the engine produces a few seconds of animation. It's a fast start for kids' stories, YouTube channels, educational content and short films.
Style is the most decisive setting in animation. In Ryna Video Studio, stylized 3D animation, anime, claymation, stop-motion, hand-painted animation, watercolor, pixel art, comic and paper cut-out are ready as presets and added to the prompt in one tap. Generate the same scene in different styles and keep the one that fits your story.
When you need more than one clip, the character and story tools come in: a character you create under Characters stays consistent across scenes, and Story & Film breaks an idea into a shot list and turns it into a multi-scene film.
Animation and cartoon prompts
Each card pairs a style with a scene. “Open in studio” brings the style preset, engine and aspect ratio pre-selected. Change the character and the scene; one character and one action per scene gives the cleanest result.

Consistent characters and multi-scene films
A series or short film needs the same character to look the same in every scene. Create your character once under Characters, then add three or four characters per video, depending on the engine, as you generate scenes; the engine tries to keep the face and outfit.
Story & Film shortens the road from idea to film: you write a short story, the studio drafts the shot list, and once you approve the scenes the film is assembled. Add a narrator and music with the voice and music tools.
Fairy tales and educational animation for kids
Soft colors, simple scenes and a slow pace work for children's content, and stylized 3D, hand-painted and watercolor styles suit it well. One character per scene and 6–8 seconds per shot give young children a rhythm they can follow.
Write the voice-over slow and clear and add subtitles, which help early readers. When uploading to YouTube, set correctly whether the video is made for kids.
Turn a photo into a cartoon
Upload your own photo or your pet's as the first frame and choose the cartoon effect, and the photo turns into a cartoon character as it moves. It makes a fun profile video or a character intro for your pet; get permission for anyone else's photo.
Which engine for what
Per-second credits come from the catalog; the studio shows the exact amount before you generate.

Step by step
- 1
Describe the character and scene
Who, where, doing what: “a little fox collecting mushrooms in the forest”. One action per scene.
- 2
Choose the style
3D animation, anime, claymation, stop-motion or watercolor. Keep the same style preset across all scenes.
- 3
Generate short and compare
Start with 5–6 seconds at 480p and compare the same scene on two engines.
- 4
Save the character for a series
Create characters you'll reuse under Characters and generate the scenes with them.
- 5
Assemble the film
Merge the scenes or use Story & Film to go from an idea to a film; add voice-over, music and subtitles.
Is it free?
New accounts get 20 welcome credits. They are valid for 90 days, videos made with them are watermarked, and they work only on the economy engines: Wan 3, Seedance Mini, Seedance Fast, Veo 3.1 Lite, Hailuo 3 Max. 5 of the prompts on this page fit within the welcome credits (the cheapest is ≈10 credits). For watermark-free videos and commercial use you buy a credit pack: no subscription, and purchased credits stay valid for 365 days.
Tips
- Don't change the style preset mid-series; when the style changes, the character changes too.
- Write one character and one action per scene.
- Don't rely on lip movement in dialogue scenes; tell the story with a narrator.
- Don't imitate famous cartoon characters or a specific studio's look; create your own character.
- Use the seamless loop option for background and idle animations.
- Submit your favorite animation to the gallery with the animasyon tag so others can see your recipe.
Copyright and children's content
Animations that imitate famous cartoon, game or anime characters, or a specific studio's signature look, can raise copyright and trademark issues; create your own characters. Avoid frightening scenes in content for children and follow the publishing platform's rules for kids' content.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I make an animation with AI?
- Open Video Studio, describe the character and scene, choose a style preset such as 3D animation or anime, and generate. For multiple scenes, save the character and merge the scenes; Story & Film turns an idea into a multi-scene film.
- Is there a free AI animation generator?
- The welcome credits for new accounts cover short animations on the economy engines; those videos are watermarked. Prompts on this page that fit the welcome credits are marked. Watermark-free and longer animations need a credit pack, not a subscription.
- Do I need to install animation software?
- No. Video Studio runs in the browser and in the iOS and Android apps; no drawing or modeling skills needed.
- Will my cartoon character look the same in every scene?
- If you add a character created under Characters to your scenes, the engine tries to keep the face and outfit. Keeping the style preset fixed and the character design simple improves consistency, though small differences can still appear.
- Can I make an animation from a text description?
- Yes. Describe the character, scene and action in plain language; style and camera presets are added to your prompt separately.
- Can I make a long animated film?
- Engines generate clips from a few seconds up to 30 seconds at a time. Longer films are made by joining scenes: Story & Film drafts the shot list and turns the scenes you approve into a film.
- Can I add sound and music to the animation?
- Audio engines generate ambient sound with the picture; Runway Gen-4.5 is silent. Use the studio's voice and music tools for narration and music and mix them into the video.
- Can I publish AI animations on YouTube?
- Yes. Videos made with purchased credits are watermark-free and cleared for commercial use. If your channel has content for kids, set YouTube's made-for-kids option correctly and don't use famous characters.
