Distance Sales Contract

This contract is concluded electronically between Softmoor Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. and the buyer under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the sale of digital services (free use and Plus subscription) offered through the Ryna AI web and mobile application.
Subject of the Contract
The contract covers the sale, provision of access to, and delivery of digital services (free use and Plus subscription plans) ordered by the buyer through the seller’s Ryna AI web and mobile application, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
Description of the Service
Ryna AI is an AI model developed and continuously improved by Softmoor. It provides digital services such as AI chat, text generation, visual analysis and voice mode. Services are offered under Free and Plus plans. Free: limited daily messages; no image upload, file analysis, web search or deep thinking. Plus: all features and near-unlimited limits via monthly or yearly subscription.
Pre-Contract Information and Consent
Before order, the seller informs the buyer of the essential characteristics of the service, total price, payment method, delivery/access timing, right of withdrawal and terms of use. By confirming payment or subscription, the buyer declares that they have read this information and accept the contract. For Plus subscription purchases, it is clearly stated on the purchase screen that access begins immediately and that exceptions under the applicable consumer law may apply to the right of withdrawal.
Price and Payment
No charge applies to the free plan. Plus monthly and yearly subscription fees are charged at the current price displayed in the in-app store (App Store / Google Play) or on the web. Prices are shown including VAT; the final amount is displayed at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the selected period; notice may be given before renewal. If not cancelled, the renewal fee will be charged. Payment is subject to the terms of the payment channel used (credit card, mobile payment, etc.).
Delivery and Access
The services are digital, not physical goods; delivery is effected by granting access to the account immediately after payment confirmation. Upon purchase, Plus subscription is applied to the user account and access to the relevant features is provided for the subscription period. For access issues, support requests may be sent to support@rynaai.com or helpdesk@rynaai.com.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, due to the instant activation of Plus subscription upon payment and the consumer's explicit pre-payment consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after access has been granted. In case of subscription cancellation, service continues until the end of the current period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. No refund is provided. Withdrawal notice (in legally valid cases) must be communicated in writing or via a durable medium (e.g. email) to support@rynaai.com or the company address.
Complaints and Disputes
For complaints and requests you may use support@rynaai.com, helpdesk@rynaai.com or our company address. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes; the buyer may refer to these bodies.
Personal Data
The seller processes personal data collected for the performance of the contract and the provision of the service in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698) and related legislation. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Effectiveness
This contract enters into force on the date it is accepted by the buyer in electronic form. The seller reserves the right to amend the contract for compliance with legal requirements; amendments take effect as of their publication on the site/application.
