These terms of service govern your use of Ryna AI services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
These terms of use ('Terms') govern the use of Ryna AI services ('Service') provided by Softmoor Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. ('Softmoor', 'we'). By using any of our Ryna AI web application (chat.rynaai.com), mobile application, or related services, you accept these Terms.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users aged 13-18 may use the service with parental or guardian consent. • Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. • Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate and current information during registration.
Ryna AI is a platform offering digital services including AI-powered chat, text generation, image analysis, file analysis, web research, and ready-made assistants. • Free Plan: Basic AI chat with limited daily message quota. • Plus Plan: Full access to all features with a monthly subscription — near-unlimited messages, image analysis, file analysis, deep thinking mode, web research, and ready-made assistants. Important: AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or up-to-date. We recommend not relying on AI outputs as the sole reference for important decisions.
By using our services, you agree to abide by the following rules: • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • Respect the rights of others. The following uses are strictly prohibited: • Generating illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform • Accessing the system using automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools • Using the service on behalf of others without permission or sharing accounts • Actions that compromise system security • Attempting to circumvent trial limits
• User inputs: Texts, images, and files you submit to the service ('Input') belong to you. • AI outputs: Responses generated by Ryna AI ('Output') may be used by you; however, the same or similar outputs may be provided to other users. • The accuracy of AI outputs is not guaranteed. You are advised to verify outputs before use. • The Ryna AI brand, logo, software, and infrastructure belong to Softmoor and are protected by copyright.
• The free plan requires no charge. • Plus subscription fees are charged at the current prices displayed in the application or on the web. Prices include VAT. • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected period. • Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance; your current period is not affected. • Payments are processed through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure.
• Right to cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time. • After cancellation: Your access to Plus features continues until the end of your current billing period. Your account then automatically reverts to the free plan. No charge is made for the next period. • Refunds: No refund is provided due to the instant activation of the digital service. • Account deletion: To delete your account, contact support@rynaai.com. When your account is deleted, all your data is permanently removed except for legally required retention periods. • Service termination: If you violate usage rules, your account may be suspended or terminated with or without notice.
• The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. • The accuracy, completeness, or currency of AI-generated responses is not guaranteed. • Softmoor is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. • Our maximum liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant event.
The Ryna AI brand, logo, design, software code, and all related intellectual property rights belong to Softmoor Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. Use of the service does not constitute a transfer of these rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Bolu and Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction over disputes.
We reserve the right to update these terms of use. Significant changes will be communicated through our website and/or application. Changes take effect on the date of publication.
