Questions and quizzes
It builds multiple-choice, gap-fill or open-ended question sets by topic and difficulty, with an answer key and the reasoning behind the distractors if you ask for it.
Talking to parents
It drafts meeting notes, information messages and progress summaries. Tone is adjustable, and the teacher reviews the text before anything is sent.
Simplifying and translating material
It brings a long text down to a year group's reading level, prepares bilingual material, and translates foreign-language sources.
PDF and file analysis
With Plus rights it reads PDF, Word and Excel files: summarising a curriculum document, or interpreting a table of exam results.
Image analysis
It extracts text from a photographed question, a whiteboard shot or a handwritten page, and works from there.
How a school subscription is set up
Nothing lands on the school's IT team: the Ryna team runs setup and invitations.
1. Setup
You send the school name, the school email domain and the number of teachers. The Ryna team creates the account. There is no self-service admin panel for school leadership in this first release.
2. Domain or invitation
A teacher who signs up with the school domain is connected automatically. If you would rather provide a list, we send bulk invitations to those teacher addresses instead.
3. Use it
Every teacher signs in with their own email and works with Plus rights — on a school computer during the day, on their own phone in the evening, same account.

A business seat costs the same as individual Plus: 399,99₺ per seat per month. There is no price premium; what changes is one invoice for the whole team, automatic joining by email domain and a free 7-day business trial.

We discount from 20 seats up. The rate depends on team size and term, so it isn't listed here; tell us your seat count and we'll email a quote within one business day.
A teacher's chats are not opened to the school
The school paying for the subscription does not mean the school can read what a teacher writes. A teacher's chats, uploaded files and images stay in their own account. This is the single most important clause for teacher buy-in, and it was designed that way on purpose.
- The account admin cannot see chats, uploaded files or images.
- Every seat signs in with its own email address; there are no shared logins.
- What the organisation sees is limited to seat count and billing.
- Data is processed in line with KVKK and GDPR principles; the details are in the Privacy Policy.
Example: a school with 40 teachers
The school opens a 40-seat subscription and tells us its email domain. Every teacher who registers with that domain joins the account, so leadership never has to compile a list. Within a week teachers are drafting lesson plans, quizzes and parent messages from their own accounts. School management can see none of those chats; what the school holds is an invoice for 40 seats.

Questions schools ask
Do teachers who sign up with our domain join automatically?
Yes. Once the school email domain is registered, any teacher who signs up with it is connected to the account, so leadership does not need to compile a list. If you prefer bulk invitations instead, that route is open too.
Can school management read teachers' chats?
No. A teacher's chats, uploaded files and images stay in their own account and are not exposed to the account admin. What the school sees is limited to seat count and billing.
Can students use it as well?
Business seats are designed for teachers and school staff. Students can use Ryna AI individually on the free plan or with individual Plus. If you need student seats, write to helpdesk@rynaai.com and let's talk it through.
What happens when a teacher leaves?
In this first release, seat counts and assignments are handled by the Ryna team. Send the change — a leaver or a new joiner — to helpdesk@rynaai.com and we will take care of it.

Can we try it first?
Yes. We open a 7-day free business trial. Run the pilot with the whole staff or with a single department; if you decide not to continue, nothing is owed.
