How a business subscription is set up
Nothing lands on your IT team: the Ryna team runs setup and invitations.
1. Setup
You send the company name, the email domain and the seat count. The Ryna team creates the account. There is no self-service admin panel in this first release; seat and invitation requests go through email.
2. Domain or invitation
An employee who signs up with the company domain is connected automatically. If you want to open it to one team only, we send bulk invitations to those people instead.
3. Use it
Everyone signs in with their own company email and works with Plus rights — desktop in the office, phone in the field, same account.
Individual Plus vs. a business seat
The product an employee uses is the same. What changes is who buys the licence, how it is paid for, and how the team joins.

A business seat costs the same as individual Plus: 399,99₺ per seat per month. There is no price premium; what changes is one invoice for the whole team, automatic joining by email domain and a free 7-day business trial.
Volume discounts
We discount from 20 seats up. The rate depends on team size and term, so it isn't listed here; tell us your seat count and we'll email a quote within one business day.
An employee's chats are not opened to the company
The company paying for the subscription does not mean the company can read what an employee writes. Chat content, uploaded files and images stay in the employee's own account and are not exposed to the account admin.
- The account admin cannot see chats, uploaded files or images.
- Every seat signs in with its own email address; there are no shared logins.
- What the organisation sees is limited to seat count and billing.
- Data is processed in line with KVKK and GDPR principles; the details are in the Privacy Policy.
Example: a 25-person sales and marketing team
The company opens a 25-seat subscription and registers its email domain, so everyone who signs up with it joins the account. Sales drafts proposals and follow-up emails; marketing runs content and translation work — each from their own account. What the company sees is an invoice for 25 seats; who wrote what is not visible.

What do we get per seat?
Every seat carries the same rights as individual Ryna AI Plus: the same monthly credits, the same usage limits, image analysis, file analysis, deep thinking and web research. There is no cut-down business edition.
Can we open it to one department only?
Yes. Instead of automatic joining by domain, you send the list of people you want covered and bulk invitations go only to those addresses.
Can an admin read employees' chats?
No. Chat content, uploaded files and images stay in the employee's own account and are not exposed to the account admin. What the company sees is limited to seat count and billing.
How is billing handled?
Business subscriptions do not use in-app purchases. The subscription is billed outside the app and an invoice is issued to the company.
How much does it cost?
Business pricing depends on the number of seats, so it is not published on the page. Send your company name, email domain and approximate seat count and we will send a quote.
Can we run a pilot first?
Yes. We open a 7-day free business trial. Run the pilot with a single team and decide from the result; if you do not continue, nothing is owed.
