Invitation Wording: Write Your Invitation Text With AI

A wedding, an engagement, a henna night, a circumcision feast, a birthday or a shop opening — give the occasion, the names, the date and the tone, and Ryna AI writes five invitation texts, a WhatsApp version and a short line that fits on the card.

The hard part of an invitation isn't the design, it's the wording. Every template online reads the same, and writing your own takes a whole evening. Ryna AI's invitation wording tool takes the occasion, the names, the date and time, the venue if there is one, and the tone you want (formal, warm, playful, religious, modern), then writes five genuinely different invitation texts, a short version you can send on WhatsApp, and a line short enough (up to 40 words) to fit on the card itself.

It also hands you a ready design prompt: colour, style and where the text should sit on the card, written so you can paste it straight into Ryna's Image tool. So the place where you write the wording is also the place where you make the card. In the religious tone nothing is invented — only common, correct phrases are used.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick the occasion

Wedding, engagement, henna night, civil ceremony, circumcision feast, memorial, birthday, opening… The occasion sets the pattern.

  2. 2

    Add the details

Names, date and time, and the venue if you have one. Leave the venue out and the text is written without an address.

  3. 3

    Choose tone and note

Formal, warm, playful, religious or modern. Add a note if you like: 'dress code white', 'children welcome'.

  4. 4

Take the text, make the card

You get five invitation texts, a WhatsApp version and a short card line; paste the design prompt into the Image tool to produce the card itself.

Why Ryna AI

  • Wording by occasion: separate patterns for weddings, engagements, henna nights, circumcision feasts, memorials, birthdays, baby showers, openings and graduations.
  • Five options, not one: choose among five versions that differ in length and mood.
  • A WhatsApp version included: alongside the printed card you get the short text you'll actually send.
  • A line that fits the card: the version capped at 40 words won't overflow your layout.
  • A ready design prompt: paste the colour, style and text-placement prompt into the Image tool and make the card.
  • Careful with religious phrasing: nothing is invented; only common, correct expressions are used.

What goes on an invitation? A short guide by occasion

Every occasion has its own pattern. A wedding or civil-ceremony invitation needs names, date, time and venue; the families' names are optional. Engagement invitations are kept shorter — often a single sentence of invitation is enough. A henna night is usually addressed to the bride's close circle, so the tone is warm and playful. A circumcision invitation leads with the child's name and states the time and whether a meal is served. A memorial invitation gives date, time and place plainly, without embellishment. An opening invitation carries the business name, the address, the opening time and the programme if there is one. A birthday invitation states the age, the time window and the theme, if any.

What to avoid

The most common mistake is burying the address and the time inside a paragraph; both belong on their own line. The second is length: wording that doesn't fit the card forces a smaller type size and an invitation nobody can read. Keep personal details such as a phone number or a flat number out of the version you post publicly — the WhatsApp version is the place for them. If you choose a religious tone, don't quote scripture you can't source; Ryna AI won't invent any either, and writes with common, correct phrases instead. Finally, check the spelling of every name and the weekday of the date before anything goes to print.

Frequently asked questions

Is the invitation wording tool free?

Three uses a day are free. The 'Detailed' mode, which returns a longer list, is a Plus feature: 10 text options and 3 separate design prompts.

Which occasions does it cover?

Weddings, engagements, henna nights, promise ceremonies, civil ceremonies, circumcision feasts, memorials, birthdays, baby showers, openings and graduations.

Can it write in a religious tone?

Yes, just pick the religious tone. Nothing is invented: it writes with common, correct expressions rather than quoting scripture.

Does it design the card too?

The tool writes the text and hands you a ready design prompt. You produce the card image by pasting that prompt into Ryna's Image tool.

Is there a short version for WhatsApp?

Yes. Every result includes a short message version alongside the printed wording, plus a line of up to 40 words that fits on the card.

Can I make a video invitation?

Yes, from the same account. The Video Studio's video invitation guide walks through it with ready prompts; write the wording here and use the card as the closing frame.
